sourcing people who have been trained to lead
a disciplined life. Our personnel are trained
to discharge their duties under the most demanding
conditions. They are trained in fire fighting,
handling riots and gheraos apart from administering
basic first aid. |

Selection:
Each one of our employees on selection shall undergo
a rigorous training program which includes General
Discipline, Fire Fighting, First Aid and a unique
Training in speaking & Telephone attending manners
are imparted. A special care is taken in training
these men to meet all the exclusive demands / requirements
of each customer needs. |

Inspection
& Supervision: To ensure efficient, effective
and prompt service to our valuable customers as
per the commitment, we do conduct frequent day inspection
as well as night inspection at various level beginning
with the Unit In Charge, Field Officers and other
Senior Executives. Besides, timely feedback system
is also in existence to take corrective action. |
